Samurai Warriors Series

Like Dynasty Warriors, you play the part of a warrior fighting through legions of soldiers while attempting to achieve objectives, defeat officers, and further your lord’s ambitions.

Destiny of an Emperor Series

Destiny of an Emperor, born on the Nintendo Entertainment System, for many, is one of the finest games ever made. It, and its first sequel, are simple role-playing games with a surprising amount of depth. The third installment takes a queue from games like Secret of Mana, though most don’t consider it as good as the originals.
