Introduction:
RTK 7 is vast game. There are so many hidden secrets that it is
ridiculous. For people who had no knowledge of RTK series historical
background, he WILL miss out 99% of the historical events hidden in
the game. So here is a list of events that either I experienced myself
or I knew it exists from save files downloaded on the net. Although I
am not sure about the PS2 version, you can always try them out to see
if they are in there or not.
All following events are from the PC version of the game.

01. Wang Yun's plot

Time: Year 192, January
Requirement 1: Dong Zuo is ruler.
Requirement 2: Lu Bu, Wang Yun, Li Ru, Li Su and Dong Zuo all in one city.

02. Date at Phoenix pavilion

Time: Year 192, February
Requirement 1: Wang Yun's plot triggered
Requirement 2: Dong Zuo is ruler.
Requirement 3: Lu Bu, Wang Yun, Li Ru, Li Su and Dong Zuo all in one city.

03. Emperor's Messenger

Time: Year 192, March
Requirement 1: Event 02 triggered
Requirement 2: Dong Zuo is ruler.
Requirement 3: Lu Bu, Wang Yun, Li Ru, Li Su and Dong Zuo all in one city.

04. Dong Zuo's Assassination

Time: Year 192, April
Requirement 1: Event 03 triggered.
Requirement 2: Dong Zuo is ruler.
Requirement 3: Lu Bu, Wang Yun, Li Ru, Li Su and Dong Zuo all in one city.
Result 1: Game Over for player who played as Dong Zuo.
Result 2: Dong died, Lu Bu becomes the ruler.
Result 3: Various general previously serving under Dong Zuo leave and become
free officers.

05. Emperor' hunting at Xu Chang.

Time: Year 196~199, April
Requirement 1: CaoCao has Xu Chang. Also has the emperor under control at Xu
Chang.
Requirement 2: Liu Bei and CaoCao has alliance.
Requirement 3: Guan Yu, Zhang Fei must serve under Liu Bei.

06. Hero's Discussion

Time: Year 196~199, June
Requirement 1: CaoCao has Xu Chang. Dong Cheng must serve under CaoCao.
Requirement 2: CaoCao and Liu Bei have an alliance.

07. Yuan Shu titles himself Emperor

Time: Year 196, March
Requirement 1: Yuan Shu has the imperial seal
Requirement 2: Yuan Shu is ruler and have Sho Chun city.
Requirement 3: Yuan Shu has Lei Be, Ji Liang under him.
Requirement 4: Yuan Shu's title must below Premier Minister,
Emperor not under control.

08. Lu Meng of Wu

Time: Year 197 of scenario 5
Requirement 1: Lu Meng, Jiang Qin serve under Sun Quan.
Requirement 2: Visit Sun Quan as Lu Meng

09. Liu Bei and Liu Biao

Time: Year 203~207
Requirement 1: Liu Bei is ruler and has Xin Ye.
Requirement 2: Liu Biao is ruler and has Xian Yang.
Requirement 3: Liu Bei and Liu Biao have an alliance.

10. Xu Shu's Arrival

Time: Year 207, January ~ July
Requirement 1: Liu Bei has Xin Ye.
Requirement 2: Liu Bei's advisor has 80 or less intelligence.
Requirement 3: Xu Shu is a free officer, and not been discovered yet.
Requirement 4: You must use the patrol command, 50% chance of occurring.


11. The 3 visits (1st visit)

Time: Year 207, November (4th scenario)
Requirement 1: Liu Bei has Xin Ye.
Requirement 2: Liu Bei has Guan Yu and Zhang Fei.
Requirement 3: Zhuge Liang is a free officer.

12. The 3 visits (2nd visit)

14. The cursed horse Hex Mark

Time: After year 209
Requirement 1: Liu Bei is ruler.
Requirement 2: Liu Bei has Hex Mark
Requirement 3: Visit Yi Ji

15. Copper Peacock

Time: Year 207, January ~ December
Requirement 1: Ruler has Ye city
Requirement 2: Emperor under control
Requirement 3: 10% chance of happening
Result: Peasant finds a copper peacock when farming.

16. Construction of the peacock stage

Time: Year 208, January ~ March
Requirement 1: Ruler has Ye city.
Requirement 2: Emperor under control.
Requirement 3: Ruler and advisor in the same city.
Requirement4: Have at least 5000 gold.
Requirement 5: Event 5 triggered.
Result: Advisor suggests if ruler want to construct the peacock stage.

17. Peacock stage complete

Time: Year 210, April
Requirement 1: Same as before
Requirement 2: Same as before
Requirement 3: Accept the construction in event 16 (duh)
Result: Ye City's economy greatly increases, ruler's fame increase.

18. Martial art tournament at peacock stage

Time: Year 210, April
Requirement 1: Completion of the peacock stage
Requirement 2: CaoCao is the ruler.
Requirement 3: CaoCao has Wen Pin, Cao Hong, Zhang He, Xiahou Yuan, Xu Huang,
Xu Zhu

19 .The famous Pang Tong

Time: Unknown
Requirement 1: Zhuge Liang, Zhang Fei, Pang Tong serve under Liu Bei.
Requirement 2: Pang Tong is the Gui Yang (one of the southern cities
that form a square) city's governor.
Requirement 3: Liu Bei, Zhang Fei, Pang are all in different cities.
(You might have to visit Pang Tong using Zhang Fei)

20. Shu terrain map

Time: Year 211, July ~ December
Requirement 1: CaoCao, Liu Bei, Zhang Lu, Liu Zhang are rulers.
Requirement 2: Liu Zhang has alliance with CaoCao, Liu Bei and Zhang Lu.
Requirement 3: Zhang Song, Fa zheng, Meng Da, Huang Quan, Wang Lei serve
               under Liu Zhang.
Requirement 4: Zhuge Liang and Pang Tong serve under Liu Bei
Requirement 5: Zhang Song has the Shu terrain map (one of the treasures)
Requirement 6: Liu Zhang has the 4 cities he start in scenario 4.
Requirement 7: CaoCao has Chang An, Luo Yang, Xu Chang.
Requirement 8: Liu Bei has Wu Ling.
Requirement 9: Zhang Lu has Han Zhong.

Result:
Zhang Song wanted to find a new ruler for Shu since Liu Zhang is incompetent.
CaoCao refused to listen to him because he looks ugly. However, Liu Bei
took him seriously and Zhang Song agreed to help Liu Bei take Shu.
(You might have to visit CaoCao and Liu Bei using Zhang Song).

21. No one mightier than Guan Yu

Time: Unknown
Requirement 1: Ma Chao serves under Liu Bei for less than 2 years.
Requirement 2: Liu Bei, Ma Chao, Zhuge Liang and Guan Yu are not in the same
city.
Requirement 3: Zhang Fei serves under Liu Bei
Result: Guan Yu sends Zhuge Liang a letter wanting to duel against Ma Chao.
(You might either visit Zhuge Liang or sending him letters to trigger this
event.)

22. Death of Zhou Yu

Time: After year 213
Requirement 1: Zhou Yu and Lu Su serve under the same ruler.
Requirement 2: Zhou Yu is an advisor.
Result: Zhou Yu died before 40 years old.

23. King of Wei

Time: Year 216, May
Requirement 1: CaoCao is a ruler and ranked Archduke..
Requirement 2: Emperor under control at Xu Chang.
Requirement 3: Have more than 13 cities. Include Ye.
Requirement 4: Has Cao Pi, Cao Zhi, and Zhong Xun
Result: Caocao becomes King of Wei

24. King of Hang Zhong

Time: Year 219, July
Requirement 1: Liu Bei is ruler, ranked below Prime minister
Requirement 2: Liu Bei control over 6 cities include Chaeng Du, Han Zhong
Requirement 3: CaoCao has the emperor under control.
Requirement 4: Liu Bei has Zhuge Liang, Zhang Fei, Xu Qing

25. 5 tiger generals

Time: after year 219
Requirement 1: Liu Bei is king of Han Zhong or any other King rank
Requirement 2: Liu Bei has Guan Yu, Zhange Fei, Zhao Yun, Ma Chao, Huang Zhong
Result: These 5 generals become tiger generals.

26. 9 rank generals

Time: Year 220, January ~ December
Requirement 1: Chen Qun is a subordinate
Requirement 2: Emperor under control.
Requirement 3: Control over 12 cities include Ye
Requirement 4: 30% chance of activation
(You might have to visit Chen Qun in order to trigger this event)

27. Emperor of Wei

Time: Year 220, October
Requirement 1: CaoCao or his son is ranked King of Wei.
Requirement 2: Emperor under control.
Requirement 3: Control over 16 cities includes Ye and Xu Chang.

28. Emperor of Shu

Time: Year 221, April
Requirement 1: Liu Bei is ruler ranked King
Requirement 2: Control over 7 cities including Chang Du.
Requirement 3: Emperor of Wei exists
Requirement 4: Liu Bei has Zhuge Liang

29. King of Wu

Time: Year 221, August
Requirement 1: Sun Quan is ruler, rank below Archduke
Requirement 2: Have control over 6 cities including Wu
Requirement 3: Emperor of Wei exists
Requirement 4: Sun Quan has Zhang Zhao, Xu sheng, and Zhuge Jin.

30. Zhuge Liang proposals

Time: Year 227, January ~ June
Requirement 1: Liu Bei or his son is ruler.
Requirement 2: Zhuge Liang serve under Liu Bei/his son, ranked Prime Minister
and also advisor.
Requirement 3: Have possession of Chang Du, Tong Guan, Han Zhong.
Requirement 4: CaoCao or his son is ruler, and has possession of Chang An, An
Ding, Tian Sui.
(You might have to visit your ruler as Zhuge Laing to trigger this event)

31. Death of Zhuge Jin

Time: After year 230
Requirement: Zhuge Jin, Zhuge Luo serve under the same ruler.

32. Death of Zhuge Liang

Time: Year 234
Requirement 1: Zhuge Liang, Jiang Wei, Jiang Wan, Fei Wei serve the same ruler.
Requirement 2: Zhuge Liang is advisor and has the treasure "24 tactics".
Result: Zhuge Liang passed away and left his treasure to Jiang Wei.

33. Tribute from Japan

Time: After year 238
Requirement 1: Ruler has Xiang Ping and Luo Yang.
Requirement 2. Ruler and Advisor are in the same city.

34. Death of Sima Yi

Time: Year 251
Requirement: Sima Yi, Sima Shi, and Sima Zhao serve under the same ruler.

35. Yang Ku and Lu Kang
Time: Year 266
Requirement 1: Yang Ku and Lu Kang serve under different lord.
Requirement 2: Both of them are governors of 2 neighboring cities.
(You might have to visit Yang Ku if you play as Lu Kang and vise versa)

36. Yang Ku and Lu Kang (part 2)

Time: One month after part 1 occurred
Requirement: Same as above

37. Yang Ku and Lu Kang (Part 3)

Time: One month after part 2 occurred.
Requirement: Same as before.

*Note:
I know there are another 30 or so events floating around the net. I will list
them in the next update under unconfirmed section anyone interested can test
them out. Have fun with these 37 events. And by the way, there is no 100%
guarantee that you can trigger certain events so don't waste 100 hours just
trying to see if they exist or not.
