Biography
When Liu Bei turned fifteen his mother sent him away to serve under Zheng Xuan and Lu Zhi as masters in an effort to further his education. He stayed with them for some time, and forged a friendship that would come into play later in his life (he would meet Lu Zhi again). He also met and became great friends with Gongsun Zan.
