Biography
Poison Yu, or Yu Du, was a leader among the Black Mountain Bandits, who were active in the Taihang mountain range in AD 185. In AD 191 Poison Yu was defeated by Cao Cao in Dong commandery. In Ad 193 he attempted to capture Ye city with a group of mutineers, but he was defeated and driven away by Yuan Shao, who pursued him into Henei and killed him.
