Biography

Historic (Confirmed)

A senior member of Yuan Shu’s staff. In AD 196 he objected to Yuan Shu’s plans to assume the imperial title. (1) In the novel, Romance of the Three Kingdoms, he advised Yuan Shu to abandon his plans of attacking Sun Ce in favor of defending against the greater threat posed by Lü Bu. (2)
