Biography
Pufulu was a Wuhuan Chieftain. Around AD 207 he surrendered to Cao Cao after the battle of White Wolf Mountain and was named acting Shanyu. In AD 216 he caused trouble with other leaders but was settled by the Administrator Pei Qian. Pei Qian left the territory in AD 218, however, and Pufulu and his cohorts rebelled again. This time they were defeated and pacified by Cao Zhang.
