Biography

Sun Quan made Liu Zhang’s son, Liu Shan, as Imperial Protector of Yizhou and stationed on the border of Jiaozhou and Yizhou. The Prime Minister, Zhuge Liang pacified the southern region and Liu Shan returned to Wu and became Palace Assistant Imperial Clerk. (1) From the Wu Shu: Liu Shan was very respectful to people. He was generous and affectionate with others. Thus he was a person of modesty. He died of sickness in his home.
